Account management & Sales describes the basics for customer acquisition, customer maintenance and the development of the customer relationship (new/existing). Valtech's goal is, to maintain long-term customer relationships and to strive for successful and sustainable cooperation with customers. In addition, departures from customers must be avoided whenever they are. In order to promote the customer relationship in the long term, a dedicated contact person from Sales is defined per customer, who looks after the customer.
Valtech Switzerland's Salesforce generates orders in new and existing markets by selling solutions, service projects, and IPA (supporting customer teams with our integrated project approach) and maintaining positive ongoing relationships to meet changing customer needs.
